Kalani Das, Director of Programs

Kalani Das PhotoKalani specializes in the treatment of adults with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, addiction, and issues associated with aging. He is author of the book, The Way of Music – Creating Sound Connections in Music Therapy and a Level III certified Orff-Schulwerk music educator.  Kalani is a requested presenter at regional and national music therapy conferences and coaches music therapists in several countries. He enjoys working with populations of all types, using a humanistic approach that involves personalization, improvisation, and celebration of his clients, their interests, and abilities.

 

 

 

 

Tomoko Inaba-Das, Director of Client Services

Tomoko specializes in the treatment of older adults in assisted living and memory care facilities. Originally from Osaka, Japan, She enjoys helping improve the quality of life for older adults. Tomoko is experienced in hospice care and quickly builds rapport with her clients. A graduate of the Music Therapy program at California State University Northridge, she brings a special caring and attention to her client’s needs that has resulted in her being widely requested among our clients.

 

 

 

 

Kelsey Walker, Associate Therapist

Kelsey specializes in the treatment of older adults, terminally ill patients, and adults and children with special needs. She is experienced in meeting clients’ needs in-the-moment and providing musical experiences that offer opportunities for progress, fulfillment, and success.  Kelsey is a graduate of the Cal State Northridge Music Therapy program and plans to continue her education in the care of the aging population.
